Shree Jwalamukhi Mataji Jamnagar, situated at Deli Fali, Chandi Bazar, Jamnagar PIN 361001 (Gujarat State, India) is a non-commercial & non-profit entity and it is registered as Public Trust with Office of the Deputy Charity Commissioner, Rajkot (Gujarat State) vide their Certificate  No. 5519 Dated 11/09/1962.

Shree Jwalamukhi Mataji is “Kuldevi” - Godess of Faith – for all Mãnkad families of “Gangyanas Gotra” -- Shree Vadnagarã Nãgars. Shree Jwalamukhi Mataji Jamnagar – as a registered public trust and it  is managed by Trustees who are from Mankad families. Shree Jwalamukhi Mataji Jamnagar also complies with and functions as per applicable Government rules and regulations - in force from time to time.

This Privacy Policy of Shree Jwalamukhi Mataji Jamnagar describes policies and procedures of collection, use and disclosure of devotee Mankad family’s registered member’s personal or family member’s (living or dead) information for preparation, compilation and publication of or updating of Family Tree of all Mãnkads.

We / us / an affiliate of Shree Jwalamukhi Mataji Jamnagar, will use registered member’s personal or their family member’s (living or dead) information, as provided by registered members via on-line form or supplementary information given using text message, e-mail, social media platform etc. or taken directly from a book titled Mankad Nu Vanshavrux : published in the year 1963 giving Family Tree of Mankads, and use all such information for preparing corrected and updated version of Family Tree of Mankad families in the current year 2025-26 AD in software based digital and / or physical printed book form.

The Family Tree of Mankads prepared in the year 2025-26 will be given / circulated to all Mankad Family Members - either in full or in any part  - as a Mankad Family Member desires to have and as approved by Admin of Mankad Family Tree. As a part of initiative, Shree Jwalamukhi Mataji, Jamnagar will attend to and manage requests regarding Mankad Family Tree received from registered members.

A devotee member who registers with Shree Jwalamukhi Mataji, Jamnagar and provides personal as well as family member’s data is deemed to have agreed as above for use and circulation of his / her family information to all other members in the form of Mankad Family Tree and also agrees that Shree Jwalamukhi Mataji Jamnagar can keep all such information to publish updated version of Family Tree of Mankad Families for future updates as long as required.

An affiliate means an entity who is provided above data for processing, consolidating and bringing it out in the form of Family Tree that can be presented via any media like software based digital or physical / printed book form on behalf of Jwalamukhi Mataji Jamnagar. Accordingly, an affiliate will also be given all data / information required for preparing Mankad Family Tree. An affiliate works under a signed agreement for non disclosure of member’s data / information to any third party except as required by law.

A Device means any device that can be used for on-line registration for membership and access of Mankad Family Tree by registered members or used by an affiliate for processing of data. It may be a computer, a cell phone or a digital tablet or a physical printer.

Admin is one person or a group of persons who are also members of Shree Jwalamukhi Mataji, Jamnagar and are entrusted with responsibility for preparing / updating Mankad Family Tree, maintaining the information on Website https://ambo.jamjwalamukhi.org and carry out all administrative functions related to it including handling of bank account.

Shree Jwalamukhi Mataji Jamnagar is a non-commercial and non-profit entity and is committed to carry out and facilitate all activities for and on behalf of  devotee members of Mankad families. Shree Jwalamukhi Mataji Jamnager receives donations in Indian currency to carry out activities for devotee members of Mankad families.

The activity of preparing, updating, compiling, publication and distribution of Family Tree of Mankad families carried out by Shree Jwalamukhi Mataji Jamnagar is purely on a voluntary and philanthropic basis and does not involve any commercial activity or sale of goods or services in any manner

Any monies received by Shree Jwalamujhi Mataji Jamangar are purely in the form of donations given voluntarily out of faith and devotion and hence will not be refundable under any circumstances.

Since no sale of products or services is involved, Shree Jwalamukji Mataji Jamnagar will have no legal obligation towards dispatch, delivery, defect or return of products and services. It is also explicitly clarified that Shree Jwalamukhi Mataji Jamnagar shall not be held liable for any libel, slander, loss of reputation, deficiency in service or any other civil liability or tort at any point in time.

All reasonable care shall be taken to ensure data security and integrity through commercially available tools and protocols. However, it is not possible to guarantee complete data security and integrity due to the inherent risks prevailing in the Information Technology sector.
